No! All costs (including onboarding) are included in the price you pay for the platform each year, so there are no hidden fees for you.
There is no minimum number of people required to use the platform, however, there is a minimum annual contract size in order to make sure we cover the costs of support during implementation. We've calculated this to be 4,200 in your local currency.
While larger implementations are often more complex, our costs can be spread over more users, so we can sometimes offer a volume discount. This still depends on the features you select, so please contact us to learn more about what this might look like for you.
