We hear you. We hope you find the answers you seek below, but feel free to contact us for a quick conversation to clarify anything further.
Absolutely! Impraise allows you to customise and automate all the Review types you might need. From Performance Reviews (including self-assesment) to 360 Reviews, Leaderdship Reviews and Peer Reviews. If that's not enough, you can even build and customise your own settings – and save them for use again later.
This is the terminology we use to describe the difference between when the feedback giver's name is displayed (non-anonymous) or not (anonymous).
As an HR admin, you can decide if you want Real-time Feedback to be anonymous or not at a company level, depending on how open your people are to giving and receiving feedback. There are pros and cons to each approach depending on your company culture, which we can guide you through during your onboarding.
While the decision of anonymity of Real-time Feedback is made at the company level, we understand that Reviews often need to be treated differently. Because each Review has a different purpose, and each team has a different dynamic – this can be customised per review.
We understand feedback can be scary for many people, so we try to make this as clear as possible. Users will always be shown if their feedback will be anonymous or not, and who will have access to see the feedback – either as Real-time Feedback, or a Review.
This depends on the settings you decide at a company level. If you select 'Non-anonymous', the name of the feedback giver will always be shown to the recipient. If you select 'Anonymous', the platform will not show any details, but the feedback giver can still choose to sign off with their name, if they wish.
You can decide if you want feedback to be automatically made visible to the recipients Manager, or not. You can also decide if you want the HR Admin account to have visibility of the feedback shared. These settings can be changed anytime.
Inappropriate or offensive feedback can be flagged by the recipient. This sends an email to a specified person determined during onboarding. The email includes the contents of the feedback, the name of the sender and the recipient. Fortunately, this is incredibly rare in our experience.
We hear this a lot – particularly from Managers with a lot of experience. Impraise is not intended to replace face-to-face feedback, but to provide a space to facilitate meaningful conversations and to help you build a culture where people are comfortable to provide more feedback.
There are three ways to add users to Impraise. You have the option to integrate your HR system via SFTP, upload a CSV, or to add users manually. We will of course guide you through all of these options and support you with this during your onboarding.
If you have an HRIS in place, you have the option of connecting your data with an SFTP integration to keep user information up to date. This is not a native integration, however, so there may be additional costs included.
Yes! We want to make it easy for people to log into Impraise, while remaining as secure as possible. You can connect your Active Directory using the following IDPs; Google, ADFS/Azure, Okta, OneLongin and generic SAML. Contact us if you use another provider to learn if this is also possible.
The Slack integration helps to amplify both recognition and goal progress, by sending praise and goal progress to a channel of your choice – so everyone can celebrate success as a group. Anyone can also send feedback using the '/praise' command, without leaving their workflow to give feedback.
As a Data Processor, Impraise is compliant with all GDPR requirements. We work with various third-parties to offer the best experience possible, however, these sub-processors are selected with utmost care to ensure your data is handled and processed in compliance with all applicable regulations.
People Enablement' was a term we created at Impraise to help distinguish the common form of top-down, check-box 'Performance Management' – from our philosophy of empowering people to learn and grow from those people they work with closely each day.
We named our platform based on what it helps you achieve. 'The People Enablement Platform' is designed to empower people to reach their full potential at work – by providing them with the tools they need to take control of their own professional development.
