Do you provide customer support?

All plans include support, set up, and onboarding with our customer success team. We also provide all customers with access to our online help center and how-to documents.

Our Plus Plan includes a dedicated success manager, admin and employee training support, change management guidance, and consultations with our in-house HR experts.

Do you have a minimum contract?

We believe culture change doesn’t happen over night. For this reason, we ask for a minimum commitment of 1-year with a minimum annual contract value of $6,300.

Are discounts are available?

We offer discounts for longer commitments.
