Pricing & Billing FAQ

  • How can I try Impaise? We're more than happy to show you the full functonality of all features in our Advanced Plan. To fully understand the capabilities of our software we'd like to schedule a free demo. We can then set you up for a trial so you can use it yourself for a limited amount of time.

  • How do I switch between plans? Switching between plans is easy and you can upgrade at any time. Keep in mind, though, that downgrading will mean losing certain features, and you will have to disable those features before the downgrade can be processed with our team. Also, if you’ve prepaid, we can’t refund or credit payment to your account.

  • Is there a set-up fee? There is no set-up fee for the Starter, Standard and Advanced Plans. However, we have a minimum contract value of $300 USD. This means even if you want to use Impraise for a small team you still have to pay $300 USD. This way we can provide the best possible set-up and service.

  • What's the usual contact length? The prices above refer to a one year contract. This way we can offer you a 10% discount compared to a month by month payment. For longer contacts we are happy to discuss a higher discount. Please be aware that the minimunm contract value also applies for monthly contracts.

  • What form of payments do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and ordinary bank transfers.

  • What training do you offer? Yes we have a customer success team that provides kick off events, feedback training or additional consulting activities on demand. Basic online or phone training is included in our advanced packages. More in-depth training comes with extra fees.

  • How do I choose between monthly and yearly billing? When discussing the purchase please let us know how you would like to pay. We're happy to discuss discounts if you pay in advance for a year or longer.

  • Do you offer refunds? No, we do not offer refunds. If there are extenuating circumstances, please open up a ticket with us.
